For the first time in ages I looked in the mirror this morning and thought I look beautiful (my face only but it's a huge thing me)

    Hmmm I am trying to remember the last time I felt that way. I think last week some time. This week has not been too great for me. Long story I shall explain later. I don't want to take away your shine :-)
