ahahaha i like this one! but a slight disagreement there (i.e. you don't have to have a proper breakfast to lose weight in my opinion. i mean i LOVE eating in the morning. it's my favourite thing but i also don't like to eat a huge slap-up meal in the morning unless i can enjoy it!) i do have to tell you though that if you force yourself to eat breakfast, your body will adjust to it. it's not impossible to change your body. it's all linked to habit and routine.
