Finally some sun!

The weather has been amazing.. It's so rare to have this kind of weather here.. And I am just loving it.. The nice weather has also made me notice that this pregnancy stuff is making me get super burned really fast..
I never get burned.. Now I have to watch how long I'm sitting in the sun - and how I'm facing it ect.. Weird.. But apparently it's normal... (like every other weird thing happening to me - including getting a cramp in the side of my butt.... but that is another story...)

Anywho - I am feeling so much better lately.. But other than that I am just really really boring..

I go to work - come home - crash on the couch - and fall asleep around 9 PM... I guess I should get all the sleep I need before the kid is out ^^

Thanks for the comments on my last post - made me feel so much better to know that I am not being all mean and that you guys agree on the fact that he is being just lazy and stupid..

Over to something else - I am not gaining weight yet and I am very very happy about it.. I keep going up and down a pound like before - but I guess that is normal. I know for a fact that I will soon be gaining due to the baby - but this is week 15 and I weigh around 7 lbs less than I did when I got pregnant (due to the time I was sick) - and I haven't gained it back. I would normally gain it back in a jiffy.. It makes me feel so much better with how I am eating now.. Maybe just maybe - I can actually eat normally and healthy and lose weight the "normal" healthy way when the baby is out. Can you imagine that?? - I know I probably sound weird now, but sometimes the idea of not being a binge eater - just seems so far away.. And now I am starting to feel like that I can..

Have any of you read some good books lately? I am running out of books and I would love some ideas.. No horror or crime please.. I get bored way too fast on those..

  1. The weather here is lovely and I can feel my face is burned so you're not alone! You got cramp in your butt? :S
It is a lovely feeling not to be binge eating and I'm sure you can keep it up :) and definitely get all the sleep you can before the baby is out!
    Have a great day :)

  3. If I remember right I would get like a pinched nerve in my butt/lower back when I was pregnant... But it's great that you've managed to eat healthy so far and not gain. I hate when people bash someone saying it isn't healthy to not gain weight so many weeks in. It can be healthy and you are doing it healthily. By the time your baby is born it'll probably be a habit to eat healthy. Try to keep only healthy food around so there's less of a temptation to binge. As for books, I don't really know. My parents and my aunt liked the book The Orchard by Theresa Weir (I've only read a few chapter so I can't really give my opinion). But it was also written about the area really close to where we live so that's probably why they found it interesting. I also don't know how easy it would be to find... But Theresa Weir has written other books so maybe you would find one of them interesting? But I don't know how easy they would be to find either...

  4. My mum also got burned really fast when she was carrying me...she's still got two pink spots in her face from that, so be careful in the sun :) (I don't think that's from a sunburn, but I can't remember what she called it, but it was deffo from pregnant+sun:P)As a literature student I love these questions 8D I recommend Crime & Punishment by Dostojevskij, Dangerous Liaisons by Laclos, The Great Gatsby by Fitzgerald, Faust by Goethe, Young Werther's Sorrows also by Goethe, Rebecca by Du Maurier, Don Quijote by Cervantes, Lord of the flies by Golding, The Picture of Dorian Gray by Wilde, The Count of Monte Cristo by Dumas, 1984 by Orwell, The Phantom of The Opera by Leroux, The Dice Man by Rhinehart, American Psycho by Ellis, Treasure Island by Stevenson and anything by Tarjei Vesaas...you need anymore, let me know ;)) Take care sweetheart xx
