Have you reached your goal?

Well, it is June 1st, and for me it would mean that I should have been almost half way to my GW. Have I come so far?
- Nope - I have not.

What have I done so far?
- Well since January I have gained back 20lbs of the 26lbs I lost after the baby was born.

Time flies by... We all know this. The truth is this:

I am turning 31 in 3 months (my birthday is September 2nd).. I want to put up some goals to reach by then, and for once stick to it.

  • I want to lose 30 lbs. With the amount of weight I carry around, it's not a goal that can not be achived.
  • I want to work out every other day 
It's simple.. Only two goals to reach. Does anyone else want to join me and try to reach their own goals by then? and if so, what is your goals?

  2. I share the same birthday as you so I will set my goals for September 2nd as well :)
    1. Lose 30lbs
    2. Exercise for at least half an hour a day

    These goals are achievable as long as I work hard and try to stick to them.

  3. Ok I am going to join in! Sept is about 90 days away so I am going to set two goals that are do-able.
    1. I will eat 25 grams of fiber(minimum) at least 60 of the 90 days.
    2. 1 will lose 6lbs of fat mass.

    I would like to set an exercise goal but I know I can't be consistent and I don't want to be disappointed and lose motivation. Ok ladies good luck!

  4. Kitty - This is exactly how I have been feeling lately. I've had 5 months to get where I want to be and I've wasted them not getting anywhere.

    I'd love to join you. My goals are:
    1. to lose 12-15 lbs
    2. to be able to wear my "first date" pants (those are the pants I wore on my first date with my boyfriend 4+ years ago).
